Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days 


Shipping will occur Monday to Saturday on any given week. National and Religious holidays, shipping processing will occur the following business day. During known periods of high volume, specifically Christmas, orders may take up to a week to complete processing. If your order is going to be delayed, we will update you directly via email to keep you informed of when yo expect your package to be shipped and estimated delivery time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Jen’s Jollies will ship to domestic (USA) PO Box addresses as well as APO/FPO addresses. An additional handling fee may be applied after checkout. Contact info@jensjollies.com.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Jen’s Jollies uses a shipping system that will notify you of when your order is processed and will give you tracking information along with carrier information so that you can follow the progress of your delivery once it has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Jen’s Jollies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jen’s Jollies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Jen’s Jollies currently ships internationally to Canada, Mexico, Europe and Australia. If you are ordering from somewhere other than listed, please contact info@jensjollies.com in order to have us determine if we are able to ship to your location.

Returns Policy

Jen’s Jollies will only offer returns should you be shipped the wrong product due to our error. Your correct order will be sent with a return envelope from us to send the previous order back to us at our cost. All items that are available to be customized are not returnable. Items that are not customized will be taken on a case by case situation to determine if it can be returned. Please reach out to info@jensjollie.com to inquire of a return is possible for your order.
